Master Your Biases: The Science of Better, Fairer Decisions.
What If Better Decisions Started with Seeing More Clearly?
Every leader wants to make the best possible decisions for their team — whether in hiring, performance management, promotions, or conflict resolution. Yet, as powerful as our brain is, it’s not neutral: it filters, simplifies, interprets… and sometimes distorts reality.
This keynote sheds light on the cognitive biases that subtly shape our judgment, often without us realizing it. You’ll discover how these mental shortcuts can undermine fairness, performance, inclusion and, most importantly, how to recognize and counter them.
You’ll leave with sharper awareness and concrete strategies to refine your decision-making, develop sound judgment, and build environments where fairness and performance go hand in hand.
This keynote will give you a fresh perspective and practical ways to refine your judgment during the key moments of your management cycle.
