Empowering Your Workforce to Boost Productivity: Easier Said Than Done!
With ongoing labour shortages and intensifying competition for talent, many organizations struggle to fill roles. Culture and belonging often matter as much as pay—yet even with investments in both, turnover persists. How do you separate perception from reality and focus on what truly drives engagement and retention? This keynote draws on Marcus Buckingham’s work on high performing teams. You will be invited to reflect on their practices, clarify role expectations, and create work experiences that feel meaningful—not just mandated. You’ll learn how structured, yet flexible management practices can strengthen autonomy, accountability, engagement, and, ultimately, productivity.
