Owning It: How to Lead with Accountability and Inspire It in Others
How do you build a culture where everyone owns their impact?
Accountability isn’t about holding others’ feet to the fire — it’s about inspiring ownership,
clarity, and commitment. When leaders model accountability, they ignite it in others and
bridge the gap between vision and results. This creates a culture where people step up
rather than step back.
In this keynote, explore what accountability really means in practice and how to make it
a lived experience in your team. Through real-world scenarios and practical tools, you’ll
discover how to shift from blame to ownership, set clear expectations, and give
feedback that fuels growth.
Whether you’re leading a project, managing a team, or driving change, this session will
equip you with the mindset and tools to create a culture where accountability thrives
and results follow.

Patricio Larrea believes leadership begins with clarity and becomes powerful through courage and purpose. For more than 15 years, he has helped leaders across the Americas communicate in ways that inspire trust, ownership, and action.
His path to leadership coaching is anything but conventional. Trained as an architect, Patricio first led teams in high-pressure construction environments where communication wasn’t optional — it directly impacted safety, performance, and results. That experience shaped his deeply pragmatic view of leadership: when words are unclear, consequences are real.
Now Chief Growth Officer at The Humphrey Group, Patricio helps leaders navigate tension, take a stand, and speak with impact. As a writer for Forbes and a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives, he brings a rare blend of structure, humanity, and real-world insight to the stage.
Authentic, grounded, and highly actionable, Patricio leaves audiences with more than ideas — he gives them the clarity, confidence, and courage to lead differently.
