Building Culture, One Story at a Time

How storytelling shapes culture, connection, and purpose.

Stories are how people make sense of who they are and what they stand for. Inside every organization, stories are being told—in meetings, in hallways, in the moments that define “how we do things here.” The question is: are those stories shaping your culture on purpose, or by accident?

When shared with intention, stories become the heartbeat of a culture. They make values tangible, turn strategy into shared meaning, and connect people to something larger than themselves. This experience reveals how to find the moments that matter, shape them into authentic narratives, and share them in ways that unite people around purpose and possibility.

Because when your stories align with your values, culture isn’t just something you talk about, it’s something you live.

Participants will leave this keynote with a clear understanding of storytelling as a strategic lever for culture, along with practical anchors to use narratives to strengthen alignment, cohesion, and purpose across teams.
