Leading Around the Globe: Understanding and Managing Cultural Differences in Leadership
What cultural diversity became a driver of performance?
In today’s globalized world, good management is no longer enough. Leaders who believe in a one-size-fits-all approach are at risk of falling into the trap of managerial universality. Authority, collaboration, and even the concept of time don’t have the same significance from one culture to the next.
This keynote is an inspiring dive into cultural diversity in management. You will discover concrete tips and examples from various contexts to help you understand and adapt effectively.
Becoming an agile leader means learning to navigate among cultures with respect and intelligence. It also means knowing how to transform diversity into a strategic asset, in all teams and across all time zones.
This keynote will provide you with a clear framework for understanding cultural differences in management and adapting your practices accordingly. It will help you leverage cultural diversity to drive performance and collaboration on a global scale.
