  • Travel time: for any trip of 60 minutes or more (one way), a fee equal to 50% of the speaker’s hourly rate is charged.
  • Mileage: for any car travel over 25 km (one way), a fee of $0.60/km is added.
  • Additional expenses: parking, taxi, airfare, meals, accommodation, etc., are billed at actual cost, if incurred.

Absolutely. We offer three delivery options depending on your needs:

  • In person, directly at your workplace or during your event.
  • Virtual, via platforms like Teams or Zoom, to easily reach remote teams.
  • Webcast format, with a live broadcast from the Oranje studio, offering a professional and dynamic “studio experience.”
