Up Your Game: Putting Innovation at the Heart of Sustainable Performance

What if challenging the status quo were the norm?

Innovation isn’t something that happens once in a while; it’s a daily discipline. Too often, we make do with good ideas without translating them into measurable actions.

This keynote will empower you to become proactive in driving innovation. You’ll learn how to challenge the status quo, measure the real impact of your initiatives, and incorporate this approach into your daily work.

Upping your game means instilling a culture where innovation is not only encouraged, but organized, monitored, and recognized as a driver of sustainable performance.

This keynote will give you practical tools to help you anchor innovation in action, boost its impact, and make it a driver of performance in your organization.
